I see every biz dev project as a great adventure, almost like as if Indiana Jones met Cluedo :) Yes, mostly it’s hard work: understanding motivations and needs, setting up communication points, collecting insights, puzzling the feedback, continuously adapting to the new challenges, and innovations and all the coffee in the world is not enough!Moreover, you don't even know what you are looking for until the point when you find it. That's my job: find that moment for my clients. But that moment is unique, and nothing compares to it - I believe anyone who has ever wanted to sell something can confirm it. :) You see the pieces come together & insights start to make sense. You know you already have the winning cards in your hand, a solid base to build on it. I am always looking for this "flow," that's why I love doing my job and motivating myself every day.
