That included:- organizing and facilitating Steering Committee meetings- submitting accurate and detailed reports to the project sponsors- ensuring that project milestones are completed in time - managing and scheduling IT requests I took over OTP Trader project (Sales Dashboard in Slovenia, Mobile Banking app in Romania and Ukraine), coordinating a 14-membered team that supported the platform across 7 countries, decreasing production issues after version up-dates from an average of 3 critical, several medium and minor issues to an average of 2-3 minor issues. Together with an Agile Coach we managed to complete the agile transformation. The project resulted in increased cooperation among team members and I was offered the position of Jr. Scrum Master.I was trained and mentored by the Sr. Scrum Master in Germany, in order to coordinate a 16-membered scrum team through servant leadership, managing to increase the effectiveness of scrum ceremonies while fostering collaboration within and across teams, promoting unity and knowledge sharing on a wide level.Acting as the Scrum Master, I managed the project’s scope and timeline, coordinated sprints and daily stand-ups, led effective retrospective exercises, facilitate internal communication and productive collaboration, proactively identified any issues that hindered the team’s progress, worked with the Product Owners to manage backlog and new requests.
