• Responsible for loss prevention and security procedures End to End all and connecting KPIs at Tesco Hungary.• Develop and implement the strategy of loss prevention and security department across the retail, remote monitoring and distribution area within the Hungarian market but in very close cooperation and interaction with Tesco Central Europe.• Build and maintain security awerness as part of the corporate culture• Develop the Loss Prevention and Security strategic pillars within TESCO CE as part of CE LPS Operation Management.• • End to End SHRINK management due to planning and synchronizing the working methodologies of own and 3rd party structures under performance reviews and management across the country• Owning and managing capital and ops. budgets• Mitigation of security and other risks related to SHRINK by planning, developing and implementing the internal procedures, organizing the deployment strategy within the Hungarian market, but in close cooperation with Central European (Czech, Slovakia, Poland) one as well.• Performance & People Management as being the line manager for 5-10 employee, but dotted line for another 25-111 colleagues.• Provide and maintain the Business Continuity & Crysis Management Plan for TESCO Hungary from Security aspects.
