Development and coordination of emphasis campaigns within EMEA for 12500 employees and contractors. Enable the Sites / plants to work on their priorities. Established a network throughout the entire 53 Sites plants and created a collaboration platform to enable the Sites creating their individual projects/campaigns fitting theit needs. Coached the Asia/Pacific counterpart on developing their campaigns and EH&S projects. A huge dataming effort was done to define the most important projects and campaigns.

Hamburg

The integration of a Site from an aquisition needed to be managed and implemented. First step was to be the head of the HR department of this aquisition and negotiate and agreed with the workscouncil all necessary downsizing actions inclusive the personal discussion with the effected employees. Second step was to be come the Site Leader of the Manufactoring Site to understand all the new processes and cultural differences of the different companies. Third step was to enable the differnt Business to identify and implement opportiunities to maximize the profit.
