Responsibilities:To build and sustain strong client relationships:To assist the company in obtaining new and repeat business. (Note that this assists the PM in achieving planned sales targets.)To continually enhance the company’s industry standing.:To assist the company in procuring equipment and supplies those has reliable delivery, appropriate quality, and provide ‘value for money’ to clientsTo successfully manage the profitability level of assigned projects:• Successful achievement of agreed project time, cost and quality targets.Management of project budgets.To provide timely and professional direction and advice to staff:• Effective level of communication and reporting to the Project Manager.• Effective level of communication with peers and subordinates.• Successful achievement of agreed project time, cost and quality targets.• Technical growth and satisfaction of staff.Compliance measured via internal QAS audits.To provide an encouraging and empowering leadership style:• High level of staff morale and feedback.• Successful resolution of internal issues and conflicts.Minimise employee resignationsMaximise the efficient and effective use of resources/sub-contractors assigned to projects under his control:• Sub contractor project scope development• Site and construction progress based on project timelines• Monthly reporting to the PMPreparation of Project InvoicingTo ensure all work and processes undertaken comply with the company’s Quality Assurance System.:Level of compliance measured via internal QAS auditsI ensure the sub-contractor contractual agreement reflects the scope of work being completed by the sub-contractor.I communicate with the relevant sub-contractor to ensure the scope of work is completed as per the agreed contract.
