Supported the Health Coordinator in the definition, management and monitoring of ICRC’s health programmes, and was the sole file-holder of the countrywide war-wounded assistance program. Tailored and adapted the country health strategy to ensure it responds to needs.

Mazar-E-Sharif, Afghanistan

Managed and monitored the ICRC war-wounded assistance programme for Northern-Afghanistan including organizing and facilitating First Aid trainings for all arms-carriers involved in the conflict. Assessed the quality of prison health systems and the detainee's access to health care.

Swaziland And Cambodia

Established MSI’s country programme in Swaziland on ‘voluntary medical male circumcision for HIV prevention’ and, advised the Cambodian team on the strategic direction and expansion of the programme including social franchising and social marketing.
