 Oversee the Production Supervisor, Stock Supervisor, and Packing Supervisor, ensuring effective coordination and accurate stock status reporting. Receive and process customer orders, including creating and managing sales orders. Develop and implement production plans, incorporating orders into the production schedule and ensuring alignment with capacity and resources. Maintain and update the production calendar to reflect current schedules, deadlines, and production milestones. Liaise with the Buying Manager to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained for uninterrupted production. Continuously assess and optimize production processes for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

 Ensure regular maintenance and servicing of fleet vehicles, including scheduling and monitoring repairs and replacements. Track tyre inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement and replacement of tyres. Perform regular inspections of tyres and other critical components to ensure compliance with safety standards and optimal performance. Coordinate immediate response to breakdowns, including arranging for roadside assistance and repairs to minimize downtime. Keep accurate records of tyre usage, maintenance schedules, and repair history to facilitate effective fleet management. Ensure all fleet operations comply with regulatory requirements and company policies regarding vehicle safety and maintenance. Work closely with logistics and maintenance teams to address any issues related to fleet tyres and breakdowns. Provide regular reports on fleet condition, tyre wear, and breakdown incidents to senior management for review and action.
