Project value: USD142 million (Baseline: March 2013). Construction commenced in August 2013 and was programmed for completion by December 2015.This baseline budget for this fast track development was compiled from only eight A3 drawings. Materials were imported directly by the client from 7 different countries (South Africa, China, United Arab Emirates, Italy, Germany, France and Portugal). This process was managed by the PQS.
