Conceptualise and oversee development of Clickatell/Salesforce AppExchange application with SoftSquare (India)..UASC (UAE): Established UASC (Shipping) ecommerce strategy as well as the initial build and deployment of the ecommerce site globally working with Logesys (India) and Solverminds (India). Implemented Salesforce (CRM) globally. Safmarine (Belgium): Played a long-term continues roll (14 years) in the establishment of Safmarine ecommerce strategy and execution. Consulted on CRM strategy and assisted with Salesforce customisation and roll-out. Maersk Sealand (Denmark): Was responsible to oversee the analasys, development and the global deployment of a Shipping and Logistics Product Catalogue.

Safmarine: Involved with various IT projects for Safmarine Computer Services.Metropolitan: Took on the role of Project Manager responsible for managing the integration of Metropolitan’s and Commercial Union’s Employee Benefits divisions and was the consultant to a team responsible for integrating Methealth and Bankmed into one organisation. OIM (Operational Improvement Management) as an associate consultant working with a wide range of manufacturing companies throughout South Africa on Company Culture, Process and Leadership Development issues. Provided training and ran workshops on Cultural Development issues, economics and politics, as well as entrepreneurship, led training and coaching sessions on Leadership Development and conducted training sessions on Project Management theory and MS Project.Methealth: Manage some of the work streams in the Bankmed and Methealth merger.UWC: Was responsible for the mapping and optimising of various financial processes related to student loans and loan repayments.

KWV: I worked at KWV (Paarl) on a Production Planning application. Old Mutual: At Old Mutual I transitioned into project management, where I soon realised that I had an uncanny ability to apply business thinking to a very technical environment.
