A pathologic improver and passionate education advocate for vulnerable children, families, and communities, I consult with districts, systems, government entities, NGOs, nonprofits, and schools to empower families and drive student success. My primary focus is on our challenging ESSA subgroups: English Language Learners (ELL), socioeconomic status (SES), and racially/ethnically diverse students. Many know me as the host and producer of the national radio show and podcast – Por Nuestros Niños – which empowers Spanish-speaking families to better navigate their children's educational journey from early learning through college. I am a sought-after speaker in both English and Spanish at conferences and meetings on various topics, from family engagement to instructional innovation. Bringing theory to practice, I founded Dreamers Academy to drive education outcomes, build repeatable practices, and prove that our Title I children can excel academically. Dreamers was recently named an "A" school, a top 10 Title I school in Florida. I welcome outreach – how may I help?
