- Handle overseas customer such as Japan, Thailand, Taiwan and India.- Communicating with the head quarter office in Japan regarding new model development information.- Serving & Maintains customers, especially in powertrain systems automotive product.- Make a planning schedule new project with related department to fulfilment RFQ’s customer.- Make a quotation for new project development to customer.- Market Data analysis, Monitoring targets mass production of middle or long forecast term.- Lead, supervise and be responsible for Marketing, Technical support & Customers Complains- Monitoring customer satisfaction by satisfaction survey quarterly.- Responsible for preparing reports on a regular basis (weekly, monthly and yearly) to the Asst General Manager- Developing the company's business prospects by setting annual goals (action plan) and fostering good relations with the company's partners.- Quarterly STO auditor

I work as a Japanese translator in the overseas marketing department. The company where I work produces automotive parts for several companies and then the main supplier for Honda motorcycles and Honda car companies, as well as several automotive companies such as Suzuki, Kawasaki, Yamaha and others. The company where I work a global company spread in several countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, China and other countries. I became a Japanese translator because I had an internship in Japan for 3 years, and when I returned to Indonesia I immediately entered the automotive company as a translator. My routine job at the office is translating documents in Japanese and translating during meetings with several Japanese director, then handling customers from various countries. My job is very difficult in the office, because I have to handle customers from various countries and make reports to present to my boss every week. I have to be able to work under high pressure and many challenges that I find every day, so tired.My strengths at work are that I am a hard worker and able to learn fast, willing to take responsibility, able to work individually or in teams. but my weakness is can't motivate myself, and often do the work at injury time.
