I was first introduced to yoga about 45 years ago, have been actively practicing for over 25 years and teaching for the last 15 years. I love that yoga combines breath and movement to help soothe the body and calm the mind. I have taught all levels of yoga, as well as yoga for kids, senior yoga and chair yoga. Yoga is a wonderful journey!
