I have over 30 years of experience in wholesale distribution of consumer product in the supply chain industry with increased responsibility in the areas of customer service and order processing. I began my career with Geneva Watch Group as a warehouse associate before taking a position in order processing entering orders and other office functions 4 months later. Over the years I have grown with the company as well as my skills and knowledge with a variety of computer systems and ERP software taking a lead role and later to be promoted to supervisor of the OE/EDI Department. The past four years I have taken an even greater role as EDI Manager focused on EDI Functional Support. My responsibilities include managing EDI development projects, customer implementation and testing. I am first level support for all inbound and outbound EDI communications, and document handling as well as issue resolution, and problem solving leading to implementation of business process improvements. I work closely, and cross-functionally across all areas of the business internally, and with external resources.My experience includes JDE XE, and Enterprise One specifically with the EDI, Order Management, Address Book/Customer Master, Item XREF, and Sales and Credit Order Entry modules. I’m also experienced with Trusted Link Operations Center, WinSCP, Snap Pay, Pay Pal Manager, Microsoft Office Products, and SharePoint.
