• Strengthen the brand awareness and increase the reputation of the association;• Plan and execute the association’s key annual events including Presentation Ceremony of Top 100 Foreign-invested Enterprises in Shanghai, Shanghai Foreign-invested Enterprise Excellent Poverty Alleviation Cases Award Ceremony, Shanghai Foreign-invested Enterprise Photo Contest and Excellent Works Award Ceremony, Association's New Site Opening Ceremony, Association's Council Meeting, etc.;• Plan and operate various association communication channels (website, WeChat official account, annual report, member monthly newsletter, etc.);• Planning and production of various communication copywriting and new media (event press releases, new media materials, reports, photo album, videos, etc.);• Establish fruitful cooperative relationships with the media and other related associations, institutions, and opinion leaders;• Develop brand publicity materials, such as association introduction PPT/publicity pages, videos, posters, etc.;• Plan and support activities for members of the association;• Supplier and budget management.

Provide corporate communication services and advice to clients in terms of crisis management, advisory service, media training, content management and social media and media monitoring.• Crisis Management. Help client to develop its crisis management mechanism, design crisis management manual, create crisis communication scenarios, manual and assist in crisis management training. • Advisory service. Conduct research and compile advisory letters and report to China government organization (China Development and Research Forum) on behalf of the client, sharing global experience and the client’s expertise and point of views on key development topics.• Content management. Help client translate, review and edit corporate communication materials including PR press release, Q&A, key message, education brochure, corporate PPT, company narrative, website content update, video, etc. • Social media. Participate in content development and review for WeChat accounts to promote nutrition and healthy diet education to the general public on behalf of the client. Research latest social media trends and share insight and proposal with clients.• Media training support. Support media and spokesperson training including designing interview and press conference scenarios, role play as reporter, updating social media trend and training follow-up.

Lead creative communication campaigns, projects and activities to build narratives and stories to strengthen IKEA as a unique, meaningful and trusted brand.• Co-lead IKEA China Good Cause Campaigns, engaging 22+ IKEA China stores and business units, enabling business growth, encouraging millions of customers to join the play movement, helping over 4,000 students in 9 western China and more children in local communities.
