- Support the recruitment/hiring process by assisting in candidate interview schedule, assists client interview, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing and follow up employment contracts etc.- Responsible in attracting candidates, scheduling, facilitating interviews and managing paper work- Liase with other departments for candidate onboarding and documentation submission- Prepare and post job adverts for sourcing channels/ATS- Schedule meetings, interviews, events etc and maintains team's agenda
