About Marton Gerlei

I started coding at the age of 13, on Commodore PCs.In more than 20 years, I went from developer to senior architect, from working with small teams to work with 100+ people on multi-million-dollar projects, worked with numerous languages and technologies and businesses. Since its first iterations, I always worked with web technologies, SQL databases, and in the last 5 years with a focus on BI.I like new challenges, where I can make use of my broad experience of software, technology and business knowledge.In the last ten years, I worked in key positions in different IT and software development companies as• Software Architect with the key role to help to improve the software development department and bringing new BI products to life,• Owner, manager and CTO of a company turning from a micro-company to employ 60 workers in 7 years, • Deputy Division Leader of 25 skilled workers developing custom software solutions.I love to work with teams of motivated people who share my deep interest in technology and software, in an environment where skilled and productive colleagues are valued, and the management of engineers and knowledge workers are important.
