Als sr. communicatieadviseur ben ik gespreks- en adviespartner voor het gerechtsbestuur, de teamvoorzitters uit het primaire proces en projectleiders. Ik adviseer en denk mee op thema's als arbeidsmarktstrategie, huisvesting, introductiebeleid en toegankelijkheid van de rechtspraak voor rechtzoekenden.Ik draag bij aan en adviseer over een eenduidige interne en externe communicatie en verdere professionalisering daarvan. Crisiscommunicatie en het ondersteunen van de persraadsheren en de pers- en publieksvoorlichting behoren ook tot mijn verantwoordelijkheden.De functie van ambtelijk secretaris van de ondernemingsraad van het hof is ook onderdeel van mijn werkzaamheden.

Als Communicatie-adviseur ligt mijn focus op de optimale interne en externe profilering van CSU. With a six months journey through South-America, a wish came true. Visited countries: Brazil,Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Peru and Colombia.

• Responsible for the complete PR-policy of Yves Rocher The Netherlands: draw up and carry out the yearly PR-plan and put into action the PR-budget.• Most important duties: generating free publicity (partly due by organizing joint promotions and actions through print/online/Social Media), communication with the press, maintaining press contacts (offline and online) through press mailings, press meetings and press trips, following and analyzing of free publicity, supervising the Social Media pages (Facebook/Hyves The Netherlands and Flanders/Twitter), the corporate website and the pressroom, controlling and briefing of an external PR-agency. Achievements:• Within three years accomplished an increase in media value of more than 320% (2009: € 194.000, 2010: € 685.000, 2011: € 816.000).• Established the Social Media pages from scratch and accomplished to reach a total member of over 36.000 (Hyves: 11.000, Facebook The Netherlands: 14.000, Facebook Flanders: 11.000).• Set up a twitter account for Yves Rocher The Netherlands.• Getting more than 85.000 people directly or indirectly in contact with the brand Yves Rocher through participating in the Libelle Zomerweek. Besides that, the participation gained a turnover of over € 14.000. • Succeeded in attaching the make-up artist Carmen Zomers to the brand as the official make-up artist of Yves Rocher.• Winner of the award "Beauty Astir 2011" for best fragrance women mass market

• Responsible for the Wallonian Direct Marketing-campaigns: determine the content and design of the mailings in cooperation with the Campaign Managers.• Co-ordinate the mailing translations in cooperation with a translation agency. • Briefing and checking of external advertising agency on behalf of the creation of the mailings.

• Responsible for keeping Yves Rocher’s Dutch and Belgium websites (www.yvesrocher.nl and www.yvesrocher.be) up-to-date; date and check for errors.• Assisting at the creation of the monthly action plan. • Translating French banners and visuals into Dutch. • Developing four or six times a month a newsletter in cooperation with a design agency. • Supporting of the E-Commerce Manager.

Visited countries: Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Myanmar and Indonesia.

• Tasks: handling incoming phone calls, welcoming guests, processing of mail and executing of (light) administrative duties.

• Responsible for the permanent fashion-, beauty- and lifestyle column ‘Krenten’.• Doing research for suitable subjects and persons for the magazine. • Writing of news messages for the website www.seasons.nl.

• Responsible for keeping the website www.senmagazine.nl up-to-date.

• Tasks: taking care of the fixed columns (i.a. the UIT (events) agenda and Culinary) as well as the writing of longer articles.

• Wrote a thesis for the study of journalism with the title: 'White and black in the light of Aids’. The main focus of the research was to make a comparison between the reports on the HIV/Aids issue in the black newspaper Sowetan and the white newspaper Beeld and analyze the differences.• Developed English skills, expanded social contacts and travelled.
