I'm a certified and trauma-informed somatic coach on a mission to guide as many people as possible back into their bodies (where I strongly believe we can unlock that magical mind-body-soul connection and therefore live life more in its fullest capacity).I've been solo adventuring around the world since 2022, all while passionately building my soul-driven coaching business. It's the deeply rooted belief that when we grant ourselves permission to step boldly into our authentic self and follow our heart's desires, we tap into something powerful. It's the juicy "mmm, I love what I do and I do what I love" sweetspot, and in my opinion, that's the best kind of source of fuel I know.My journey has taught me that the key to this magic lies in the alchemy of reconnecting with our bodies and rewriting the stories of old beliefs and past (childhood) traumas.
