In charge of legal affairs for Colas Rail in Asia, an European leading company for railway construction and maintenance, with more than 4,000 employees around the world and 700 million Euro in revenue. Colas Rail is part of the Bouygues Group.Main responsabilities:• Lead Corporate projects and M&A missions in Asia: o Establishment and negotiation of strategic partnerships (NDA, Preliminary agreements, JVs, Shareholders agreements) o Setting up of subsidiaries o Due Diligence• Provide legal advice for all company legal matters and align with legal team in Paris• Support the Bid team in the region: o Preparation and analysis of tenders documentation (Fidic, Ad'hoc) o Coordination of internal processes in SEA (Committees...) o Negotiation of Terms and Conditions• Contract management of the Kelana Jaya Lane Project (extension of an LRT line): o Development of the commercial strategy; negotiations with the Client (State related body) o Management of the suppliers (contracts, dispute resolutions)
