Continuing my studies in the PGE programme at ESSCA, I did my internship in sales for 2 months at Crédit Mutuel du Centre. I was able to find out how the bank works, both at head office and in branches. They opened up the world of banking to me and I was able to take part in it for the first time. During my placement, I provided technical and commercial support on specialised markets, worked with partner networks and carried out customer interviews on various commercial activities.

Following my internship, I continued with a fixed-term contract. I was able to confirm the different skills I had acquired during my internship. I had the opportunity to create product sheets and to train an employee on the sales software used by the company. It was a rewarding experience and encompassed many commercial skills.

As part of the completion of my first year in the PGE programme at ESSCA, I completed my two-month internship as a sales assistant at Allium Beauce Company. I was thus able to step into the business world and participate in it for the first time. During my internship, I took orders, through sales and transport, and managed customer disputes. I was able to listen to the managers and production managers and learn from their experience in order to resolve conflicts. I was also able to value communication with customers, but also with the different employees. At the end of my internship, I was able to develop many skills and knowledge that allowed me to be polyvalent, more at ease and to bring fluidity to my work.
