Responsible for:- Be the go to person.- The first and second line support of incoming client queries. Making sure an answer is found to satisfy the client needs. - Leading 10 mechanics in their daily operations. Assuring the tasks are excecuted according to the tender. Leading interns to develop themselves. - Creating and reviewing the planning of service/maintanance contracts according to the SLA set by clients and company direction.- The review of executed tasks and billing them to end clients according to the set SLA’s.

Responsible for:• all qualified requests, business analysis and changes for data and data input, processing and enhancements applications within the data factory of SIX Financial Information globally and manages these end-to-end using defined standard processes and artifacts.• Leads and manages global Change Management and Business Analysis (functional leadership, regional management and support) in close collaboration with Product Management and Project Management.• Ensures consistent global data standards and regulatory conformity throughout all data input, processing, enhancements and enrichment activities. Furthermore, provide data analysis to support change and business analysis end-to-end• Including functioning as an internal senior consultant for colleagues and client services• Responsible for receiving, monitoring and assigning to the relevant stakeholders all incoming data source notifications globally and supervise their timely implementationDeliver conceptual analysis and global guidelines to support timeliness, efficient and qualitative automatic integration of different exchanges / contributors so that business / client needs are satisfied and data / business compliance is ensured. Following disciplines are in focus of BA (not limited to):-Requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation-Business solution assessment / impact analysis-Stakeholder management• Conduct preliminary business analysis and provide portfolio committee the required information (business need, business case, functional feasibility) to enable the decision process• Work closely with all relevant stakeholders such as client representatives, product managers, data operation representatives and/or other business analysis units so that sustainable solutions are defined

Responsible for the integration, implementation and maintenance of all data providers in the BeNeLux to the SIX Financial Information systems. Part being supplier management/communications: being in front of market developments and ad-hearing to client requirements and supplier requirements. Following up on an integration from the initial contact until it reaches the final product.And part consisting out of business analysis: writing and developing the requirements needed for integration, implementation and changes to keep up with market needs..Including functioning as an internal senior consultant for colleagues and client services.

Responsible for data production for the Nordic region (Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Iceland and the Baltic countries) 2nd level customer services with the local client support and sales team.Projects included the migration of the entire department from Amsterdam, Netherlands to Stockholm, Sweden and following up with a migration of a part of the production work to Krakow, Poland.
