• Manage the $6.5 million fleet, consisting of 90+ various black sedan/van/bus vehicles for the Washington, D.C./Virginia and Florida markets. Maintain the availability of the fleet at 95%, while simultaneously working.
• Successfully directs daily tasks for our internal fleet technicians and consistently maintaining fleet availability.
• Establish many standard operating procedures for internal fleet that allow the fleet to reduce cost while not compromising safety nor company standards.
• Develop standards for appropriate life of each vehicle in our fleet; along with working with finance to ensure fleet is equipped with the most profitable model of vehicles.
• Institute procedures and best practice when dealing with various insurance companies to ensure quick and seamless repair of damaged vehicles
• Plan and execute the turnover of retiring older vehicles and then on-boarding new vehicles. Including obtaining all the required licenses and decals of a for hire vehicle.

Washington D.C. Metro Area

• Successfully managing 850 fleet of Smart ForTwo fleet vehicles for the Washington, D.C. and Virginia markets. Administering internal fleet support staff and third-party cleaning vendors to ensure 90% cleanliness.
• Examine weekly fleet optimization report to ensure that our vehicles are at profitable locations and weekly KPI reports and strategize to increase revenue and utilization.
• Successfully directs daily tasks for our internal fleet technicians and consistently retaining fleet availability at 94%.
• Establish many standard operating procedures that allow the fleet to reduce cost and increase profitability.

Washington D.C. Metro Area

• Aided Fleet Manager in sustaining 200 Smart Fortwo fleet and finalized daily repairs to retain fleet at optimal availability. Met with service vendors daily to keep downtime minimum & established operational standard.
• Successfully prearranged the onboarding of original 200 vehicle fleet on launch day and strong-minded "hot spots" for strategically relocated vehicles to maximize profitability.
• Established master tracked database for fleet inventory and built network of service vendors to effectively retain entire fleet, as well as trained fleet technicians in basics of fleet service.
