With education in telecommunication engineering and system engineering, I currently manage technology infrastructure and platform ensuring major critical services operations. Main tasks and duties are: -Elaborate, oversee and control technology budget according to company strategy and objectives. -Be responsible for creating Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for the company and test it accordingly, assuring the IT infrastructure supports critical services. -To assess and manage technology risks, identifying technology and operational needs to minimize the impact and/or reduce probability of occurrence of those risks.-In charge of the cybersecurity of the company assuring the resources to address cybersecurity events.-To assist technology operations teams in any technology related matter.-Elaborate capacitations plans for the IT team.-Responsible for the definition and implementation of security policies in order to reduce risks that could impact on confidentiality, availability or integrity of the information.-Define the backup strategy for all company assets.

I work as a technology operations manager, managing IT resources.BEVSA's technology area is responsible through the company URUTEC for all technological tasks on which various services are based. Among these services are: electronic check clearing, connection to the SWIFT network, hosting services, collection services for DGI and BPS, electronic billing payments and the interbank payment system.As technology operations manager, my main function is to keep all technological aspects operational for the good performance of the services.
