Responsabilidades:- Formular la estrategia de negocio de los canales de ventas directos: Grupos Homogéneos y Sinergia.- Desarrollar los habilitadores para la implementación de la estrategia de negocio como: modelos de actuación comercial, perfiles de éxito, indicadores de medición, herramientas, esquemas de compensación, planes de formación.- Construir las redes de trabajo al interior de la compañía para hacer realidad la estrategia de negocio.- Acompañar a las Gerencias Regionales en la implementación de la estrategia de negocio.- Monitorear los indicadores de resultados y de iniciativas estratégicas para la toma de decisiones.

I am responsible of formulating, executing, and monitoring strategies to maintain and improve the relationship with about 15 current clients and building up a relationship with about 30 new clients. My challenge is the understanding of pains and gains in their organizations so I can design and implement initiatives to help them out to successfully better their company results. Additionally, I have a focus on following up our cliente to generate a positioning as true business partners.

Responsabilidades:- Formular e implementar la estrategia de captación, desarrollo y retención de cuentas en la oficina de Colombia. - Diseñar e implementar soluciones de consultoría que apoyen a las organizaciones cliente en la solución de sus “business problems”. - Liderar el equipo de Consultores y la gestión de proyectos en las prácticas de ventas & rentabilidad comercial, transformación & aprendizaje y experiencia de cliente.- Sectores asesorados: Automotor, banca, consumo, energía, retail, servicios públicos y telecomunicaciones.

I was responsible of leading Customer Experience consulting in Colombia, it also meant creating and presenting customized solutions to match business needs. Most of my time was focused on leading or supporting projects in business strategy formulation, change and culture management, and sales teams improvement in top companies in Colombia, Ecuador and Central America such as: Apple, Banco de Bogota, BBVA, Coca-Cola FEMSA, Corpbanca, GM, Homecenter, Porvenir, Terpel and Unilever.

I was part of the team that created and brought this business idea to reality. As a running business, my responsibilities included strategic and operations planning, setting and monitoring strategic goals and indicators, designing plans to improve the company performance, recruiting and training employees, and identifying new business oportunities.

In the growth phase, I was responsible of operating and maintaining the e-commerce platform, planning resources capacity and budgeting, selecting and updating products and services portfolio, and negotiating with suppliers in Colombia, Panama, and USA. In the last months, I was responsible of managing bankruptcy process.

I was part of the team that created and bought this business idea to reality. At the beginning I was responsible of formulating and executing business strategy, managing finance process, and identifying new business opportunities.
