Achievements: • Taking Bogota Service Desk from supporting Latin America to take over the demand in North America in one-year timeframe. • During the merger between Schlumberger and Smith Bits I was appointed to manage the former Smith Help Desk placed in Houston, Texas. Once such merger finished the whole Smith volume was moved to Bogota seamlessly.
