+Line debugging at GM Toluca, Mexico. -Debugged and supported production for a new aluminium engine casting and cooling line.+Controls team for FORD's closures install lines at Windsor, Canada.-Part of the team that designed, tested and debugged new equipment for closures lines to be installed at FORD's Kansas City Truck Plant and Dearborn Truck Plant.

+Service at GM in Silao, Guanajuato, Mexico. -Locally in charge of the deployment of PSPI (Paint Shop Process Improvement) system which correlates statistical information to help in the detection of common problems and quality trends.+Service at MATCOR’s (formerly BROWN) Saltillo, Mexico plant. -Debugged 2 new productive cells. -Fixed both software and hardware problems that were severely stopping production. -Trained operative and maintenance personnel. -Modified PLCs and HMIs to add functionality and security features. -Significantly lowered cycle times by suggesting changes to the sequence and logic.+Worked with VALIANT at FORD’s HSAP in new installation and line replacing projects . -Debugged most of the closures hang line rebuild project and developed logic for new added equipment. -Debugged new doors, moon roof, hinges and sequencing lines installations. -In charge of debugging communications with plant system (FIS).+Attended GM’s GCCH and GCCS standards trainings at the San Luis Potosi, Mexico plant. -Global Common Controls Hardware Training. -Global Common Controls Software Design.+Service in April 2012 Shutdown at GM in Silao, Guanajuato, Mexico. -Debugged running programs and PVs -Added new kits for new K2XX model change.+Reintegration project for production line “D” at NEMAK, near Monterrey, Nuevo León in Mexico. -Debugged existing programs while developing logic for new components. -Responsible for in-site networking, linking 5 PLCs and 7 HMIs using DH+ and enable access through Ethernet for the rest of the engineering team. -Configured DeviceNet networks for 7 cells connecting PLCs and safety hardware.+Worked with Accent Controls at FORD’s Hermosillo Stamping and Assambly Plant starting in December’s 2011 Shutdown. -Programmed and debugged a carrier shuttle as part of a new “skillet” conveyor system. -Modification of an IPF line program to include new cells and stations.
