Hi! I'm German and I am professional in CRM marketing, especially automations, triggers and analytics.I work in CRM marketing since 2012.I prefer to build long-term relationships with clients through communications and have experience working with different channels (email, push, inapp, sms, ivr). I've build automated CRM analytics from scratch and different analytical segments and even some analytical models (rfm, best channel, activity on the platform etc) I enjoy learning new things, solving complex problems, building analytics and basing decisions on it.Skills and Passions:- CRM Marketing Expertise: I have a deep understanding of CRM marketing, including the creation of both basic and advanced sets of triggers and mass campaigns. I can decompose metrics into factors, identify causes of deviations, build CRM analytics from scratch, and automate data collection processes. I know what to measure, why it’s important, and what conclusions can be drawn from the data.
