Over the past 8 years, I have been building my career in the hospitality industry taking different roles in one of the biggest Conference & Event hotels in Europe. This has allowed me to understand in depth both the Operations and Commercial procedures managing and selling over one million pound bookings. Skilled in communication, event management, teamwork, building business relationships but specially in costumer service. Working as a leader and making sure my team stays motivated and high performing has always been a passion of mine. I am proud to say that during my time at Hilton I have been awarded with many recognitions such as Employee of the Year for two consecutive years as well as several times Employee of the month.Strong believer that in order to grow you must keep learning and that is why I am always bold and open to new ideas.
