Current- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services(Endpoint Project and DWP), ensuring high quality and timely service to clients.
- Develop and implement service improvement plans to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding technical service delivery, 24 countries
- Project Coordination and Monitoring for migration for 26 clients from SCCM towards Intune.
- Forecasting, Budgeting and Creation of Documentations:(Operational Handbook,Anexes,BPA).
- Creation and Monitoring of SLA,KPI,BPA, etc.
