We managed to generate R $ 102 million in savings over one year, with more than 18 simultaneous projects. We managed to generate R $ 102 million in savings over one year, with more than 18 simultaneous projects. As one of the actions of the Escola de Gestão project, we developed a Supply Chain which is a SupplyChain network which uses an ERP systems for the distribution of office, hygiene and maintenance supplies to 5300 schools in 645 municipalities in the State of São Paulo. The project generated 16% cost savings in the first year.
