- Lead and coordinate all stages of the Large Scale Self-Generation of Energy (AGGE) project to generate 4.99 MW from the combustion of biogas produced in landfills.- Supervise work teams, perform feasibility analysis, ensure compliance with standards and implement risk management measures.

- Ensures the integrity of the biogas and digestate treatment plant by managing technical standards, process specifications, and design parameters, monitoring process parameters, and their variability, and developing and implementing corrective actions to eliminate deviations from the desired state. - Monitor and record pH, conductivity, FOS/TAC, temperature, solids percentage, ammonium nitrogen concentration, and trace elements, among others, in the AD plant to keep biology under optimum operative conditions.- Keep controlled the biogas's H2S, O2, CO2, H2O, and CH4 levels, meeting the requested quality parameters.- Increase the biogas production, plant reliability and meet the KPIs, optimizing and improving the processes by identifying opportunities for improvements and executing systemic problem-solving (RCPS) and improvement activities.- Manage weekly performance (quantity, yield, usage, quality) review for the area, analyzing data, making reports, highlighting issues, and proposing actions.- Coordinate with the Engineering team to make sure the new projects in biogas and digestate are constructed in accordance with design, commissioning, and schedule.- Develop and improve process documentation, including process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and operating procedures (SOPs).- Develop change order requests to improve the performance of any technological unit that allows optimizing production, reducing energy consumption, costs, or waste necessary.Achievements:- Increase biogas production by 30%.- Increase methane concentration from 51% to 53%.- Increase the reliability of the digestate plant from 82% to 90%. - Increase the production of organic fertilizer by 24%.- Standardize the operation of the plant by elaborating, controlling, and updating SOPs to SPMs and biogas operators.- Maintain the biology of the AD plant in optimum operating conditions, executing trials that would increase the production of biogas and avoid generating inhibition in the system.

- In charge of leading, executing, and managing contracts of around 462k Euros since its initiation, execution, cost control and schedules, HSE requirements, decision making, results reporting, invoicing, and liquidation.- Plan and coordinate gas, crude oil, water and petroleum derivatives sampling projects, following -standardized ASTM and API methodologies, offering a quality service in the times established by the client.- Technically review the results report delivered by the laboratory, ensuring that the data reported to the client is correct, according to the type of substance analyzed, using rigorous analytical, statistical, correlation and literature tools.- Leading commercial activities with the purpose of increasing the sale of services and/or acquiring new clients.- Continuous customer support during all stages of the project, attending to commercial, technical and administrative requests.- Attend and participate in meetings with senior management and the different areas of the company to assess the status of projects, expenses, meeting schedules, solving problems, quality indicators, sales, and profits of the company.- Efficiently maintain the external relations of the project: clients, suppliers, subcontractors, group companies, so on.- Prepare reports that detail the planned activities and the results obtained, in order to provide accurate, objective and timely measurement and monitoring information that allows decision-making, following the established procedures.- Propose the pertinent corrective measures to mitigate the impact of the deviations that may have been detected in the execution of the contracts and/or service agreements.Achievements:- Increase in the sale of services and obtaining new clients for the company.- Increment profits for the company through the efficient and effective execution of contracts.- Achieve continuous improvement through compliance with the Integrated Management System, HSE, and ISO 17025.

- Carry out field tests in national bidding processes, for the formulation of chemical products, in the dehydration of crude oil, water clarification, and gas purification.- Plan and manage projects aimed at the continuous improvement of the chemical treatment of crude oil, gas, and water produced in the different oil fields of the company.- Plan and coordinate the execution of activities and resources inherent to the provision of sampling and chemical treatment services in the field.- Preparation of reports of laboratory analysis and/or sampling results and technical support.Achievement:- Lead and manage a project aimed at adapting the Petroleum Laboratory, in terms of infrastructure, HSEQ policy, accreditation, and documentation, decreasing costs in laboratory re-processes.
