I belong to the North America Consulting Organization in Oracle. These are the my last projects & responsibilities in the last few years:• Team Lead of the Siebel Configuration team for a major human service State government agency. The project objective was the modernization of the existing State hardware and software infrastructure for the SNAP (food stamps) and Medicaid Benefits.• Solution Architect. Provided overall gap analysis and estimation for Processing Store Value and Loyalty Cards in the standard Siebel Loyalty application. The gap analysis included requirements for channels like Point of Service (POS), Employee Facing Application and a Web Portal.• Solution Architect. Provided overall generic solution to streamline complex business workflow processes for a large Bank Corporation in Charlotte, NC. The solution included the definition of a generic UI, around Case Management, in the Siebel Finance vertical 8.0 application. It was supported by the interaction with an external Business Rule Engine (iLog). The role based solution included Siebel modules like Siebel Task Based UI, eMail Response and Assignment Manager. • Solution Architect. Developed a Health Check Assessment of the Oracle CRM OnDemand application. Conducted several workshops, focused on their application performance, configuration and integration. Provided recommendations, solutions and level of effort to assist with key issues and benefits.
