-Maintenance and development of applications mainly for Mill systems (Work Order Entry, Inventory, Quality Control, Machinery, Shipping, Production, Labels, etc), and Billing system (Order Entry, Quotes, Invoice Entry, Pricing, EDI, Faxing, GL and Account Receivable interface).-Development of new projects using Java Technology, JSP, HTML, Struts, Web Services, Plex, Websydian and Web development tools.-Ensure all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner with high degree of quality.-Meet the service level agreements with the internal client.-Become an expert in the platform tools.-Translate functional requirements into technical design and specifications.-Produce highly accurate and detailed work that is thorough, complete, neat and has minimal errors.-Ability to establish an objective and a plan of action with logical steps and target dates.-Ability to think creatively and offer new and pragmatic ways to deal with a problem or situation.

Defined business requirements, needs and scope for the Credit Card system and created software architecture. I joined in a group to make a selection of the best tool to create a new improved client/server version of the application and was promoted as a Team Leader to implement this system. Translated business requirements into technical specifications and participated as part of a team of developers to built the code in COOL:2E and COOL:PLEX. I was an active consultant and gave support to customers in the business and application operation. I trained new developers in COOL:Plex. I was given the “Outstanding Employee Award” in 1995 for Superior performance.
