It is too often the case that a person will seek to change their lifestyle when it is too late. It should be part of out every day lives, and the importance of a healthy mind and body should be thought to children while they are in school. The issues of obesity and mental health were always viewed as a second class illness, being brushed under the mat, and left for someone else to deal with. An awareness and preventive way forward is the only solution, and for this to happen, a wider acceptance must be achieved.Currently I am working as part of the Aura Holohan group where I am currently the Health & Safety Manager across the group.People are the tools for success, and the key to utilising our staff is to develop, lead and build the team that will achieve the goals.The need to maximise efficiency and effectiveness in such a technologically competitive age is increasingly crucial to the success of a business.
