Fitness is a key element to create a healthy body and mind.A major flaw in society is the lack of knowledge. It is too often the case that a person will seek to change their lifestyle when it is too late. It should be part of out every day lives, and the importance of a healthy mind and body should be thought to children while they are in school. The issues of obesity and mental health were always viewed as a second class illness, being brushed under the mat, and left for someone else to deal with.
