During my postdoctoral training I was involved in following key tasks:(1) Participate in the development of a new research line(2) Manage research collaborations with academic and industry partners(3) Publish manuscripts and participate in writing grants(4) Co-authoring a patent application(5) Present my research at international conferences (e.g. AAIC 2016, AFTD 2016)(6) Hire and guide technical staff (1 direct report)(7) Guide and supervise B.Sc students and Co-supervise PhD students(8) File and lead an animal license according to German Protection of animal act
