 Assist Design Engineers/Manager in development of MEP services from concept design stage to tender stage.  Modelling 3D drawings of MEP services- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary and Fire Protection System by using Revit MEP and  Creating animation, Walkthrough, Clash detection, Quantification, BIM 4D (Construction Sequencing) by using Navisworks software.

 Liaised with LTA MES, LTA Civil, Civil Consultants ,M&E Consultants , System Wide Contractors, Telecommunication Facility Coordination Committee (TFCC), SPPG and other Specialist Contractors.  Organized technical meetings to solve technical /interfacing issues raised by System Wide Contractors.  Arranged partial inspection of tunnel upon completion of RC structure to hand over to System Wide Contractors (SWC). Arranged site inspection with RTO/RE and ensure provision of cast-in items, pipes sleeves and openings are provided as per Sign-Off CSD/SEM drawings prior to structural casting. Organized CSD Coordination meeting/interface meetings with SWC to produce CSD/SEM drawings and discussed potential technical issues.  Updated CSD/SEM dwgs based on site installation and design change. Reviewed SWC’s drawings and identify discrepancies/clash between SWC’s drawings and civil construction drawings. Arranged CIP (Coordinated Integrated Programme) meeting with SWC’s and assist planner to generate CIP of Tunnel and Facility Building

Engineer, Interior Designer and M&E sub-contractor and all stakeholder related to the project. Identified discrepancies/clash between M&E, Structural, Architectural, ID and Client provision. Monitored and reviewed sub-contractors submission of shop drawings and material samples to ensure compliance with design intents and technical specification. Arranged site inspection with Resident Technical Officer (RTO) prior to structural casting.  Organized M&E Coordination meeting with M&E sub-contractors and attended consultant meeting. Monitored site progress and quality of workmanship, and track against construction programme. Prepared method of statement and supervised Testing & Commissioning of M&E services.
