- Designed, implemented, and manage operation of the preventive maintenance program.
- Determine current and future needs for spare parts; purchase and assure delivery.
- Resident Expert on Fastening, and member Fasteners Users Group to ensure cost effective solutions and provide a common process; and the Asset Recovery Team to reallocate equipment.
- Designed corporation’s first Torque class, presented to over 1100 employees; class has now gone global including Mexico, Korea, and Germany.
