• Prepares or interprets financial document summaries, investment performance reports and income projections for clients.
• Maintains relationships with clients by reviewing their accounts on a regular basis and recommending new financial strategies if necessary.
• Conducts Financial Wellness Seminars and Personal Money Management sessions for employees.

Philippines

• Responsibilities:
• Monitor and inspect processes according to Quality Management System (QMS) and the company's policies, work instructions, procedures and standards.
• Ensures that products have met specification requirements by analyzing test results for applicability and accuracy, and documenting it precisely for traceability and retention purposes.
• Conduct risk and root cause analysis and provide corrective and preventive action (CAPA) for various product and process issues.
• Answers all internal and external complaints from Philippines, Japan, Russia, China, India, and USA through TrackWise – world's leading on-premise QMS software.
• Collaborates with the manufacturing and other teams for simulation and provision of accurate information in answer to non-conformance reports and complaint issues.

• Responsibility:
• Review of relevant food regulation (e.g. Food Chemicals Codex) and parameters pertaining to raw and packaging materials, and complete its technical specifications.
