Conduct site survey and prepare reports and recommendation on space and power requirement on 3G Roll out project.Conduct site survey together with RNP, prepares floor plans, antenna location/layout, equipment location/layout, electrical location/layout and grounding location/layout on IBS project.Supervises and monitors the entire construction processes to ensure that the company’s standards are met.Checks the quality of execution according to specification.In-charge for the implementation of civil works of Greenfield cell sites, scope includes the excavation for tower foundation, down to concreting of foundation and pedestal.Supervise the tower erection and its components, shelter / cabin, guard shed, generator set pad and electrical components to complete put system into operational.Assist in the construction of cell sites tower foundation and footings by establishing the correct level of pedestal, anchor bolts and tower base plate based on approved design drawings.Setting-out tower template and anchor bolts elevation and check the verticality of tower cell site. Day to day coordination with contractors.Prepares progress reports.Conducts pre construction survey in order to identify actual site condition and possible variation order, prior to start of site construction.Prepares technical site survey reports, evaluations and recommendation based on survey data.Conduct RFTI, pre-acceptance turn-over and final acceptance turn-over on civil works on site.Review and evaluates submitted variation order by contractors.Conduct complete electrical testing including alarm during PAT.Performs other functions expected of a supervisory positionCheck and review redline and as-built drawings.Conduct torque test, verticality and tensioning of Guyed and 4 legged tower.
