As an EOD/Search/C-IED Trainer Mentor at Sincerus Global Solutions, Inc., I deliver training, mentoring and capacity development on explosive ordnance disposal, improvised explosive device disposal, and search operations to various clients and partners worldwide. I have over 25 years of military and civilian experience in these fields, with a sound knowledge of International Mine Action Standards and United Nations operations.I have successfully managed operations involving multiple teams and trained groups of up to 100 personnel in different countries and contexts, such as Afghanistan, Iraq, Mali, Libya, Somalia, Uganda and Kenya. I have also planned and implemented operations and procedures for EOD, C-IED, and search, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. I am passionate about building capacity and enhancing security in challenging and complex environments.
