-I am UBER excited to join the Cyber Security field, as I want to be a part of a world where everyone's personal digital privacy is PROTECTED. I am eager to use the skills to provide great service to whomever needs it. -Making a career change for me is beneficial because it gives me skills that will be useful for the world that is quickly changing in that direction (TECH).-I've used technology in all jobs that I've performed up till this point. From administering Copy and Print Services, to using a computers and phones to schedule appointments and administer meds to developmentally disabled people as a caregiver.   -Fed-Ex Ground Delivery performed in a timely manner by utilizing Geroundcloud and scanner to scan and take picture of delivered packages.-Use communication with co-workers to handle downed trucks, identify proper gate codes and proper coding on a package (damaged, incorrect address, sorted to wrong route, etc.)-Friendly attitude and communication with customers to obtain signatures for packages that call for it, correspond for pickups, and deescalate disagreements on timing and package health.
