Director Of Staff Development
Current- Responsible for planning, tracking and facilitating weekly in-services to over 200 employees. Maintains compliance with DHCS, CARF, county and corporate regulations regarding education, training and disaster.
- Facilitates monthly Orientation for all new employees, training and clinical supervision on an as needed basis.
- Identify educational needs for staff to enhance skills and staff development in collaboration with Department Heads.
- Attends, participates and reports on monthly conference calls relating to Staff Education, DBT and WRAP.
- Promotes staff wellness and teamwork by planning and implementing staff activities, incentives, and treats.
- Provide direct client care, assists with behavioral interventions and coaching on the fly to staff.
