I can help you create a healthy body and enjoy a vibrant life.I offer classes for a variety of health and wellness topics including; Basic Nutrition, Eating For Blood Type, Proper Food Combining to Reach Optimal Health, Women’s Health Nutrition, Gardening and canning from prep to can, Healthy Shopping, and Breathing Class. I am proud to teach nutrition classes to groups of individuals around Colorado and Nebraska. I can help you and your family too. I also offer individual coaching on nutrition for your basic health, weight loss, mobility, inflammation as well as sports nutrition.As a nutrition and wellness coach and educator with over 18 years of experience my nutrition philosophy are based on the importance of eating healthy whole foods, physically caring for your body with exercise/activity, and the pillar of excellent digestion. I understand that your wellness journey is a personal one, it is always my goal to help you achieve your wellness goals while working within your current lifestyle to guide you on making changes one step at a time to improve your overall health. For me it was in 2002 when health issues caused me to give up my photography business and search out new opportunities that I found a nutritional product that not only positively impacted my own health concerns but put me on a journey that changed my life. I am thrilled that I had the courage to walk through the doors that so effortlessly opened along my journey that led me to what I do today. It all started when I was introduced to a nutritional product that helped to build the glutathione in the body. I had NO idea what glutathione was but I knew that if I was going to sell it, I needed to be using it myself. I was shocked and amazed that only 21 days later the tremor that I had struggled with for over 2 years, that had caused me to close my business, was gone. This started me down the road to researching what glutathione was and what it was doing in my body that had helped me to heal what doctors had told me would require medication. It was enlightening to learn the power of nutrition and I went on to become a Certified Natural Health Provider – CNHP and then a Certified Loomis Digestive Health Specialist. I now get the pleasure of working with individuals and families to regain and retain their health. I provide education, coaching, and amazing products that help aid my clients in their own personal wellness journeys.
