The Team Leader functions as the Technical Expert for the EU project Support to Public Administration Reform and Local Development in Egypt. Supervises and coordinates all technical aspects of the project and is responsible for coordinating and delivering its required outputs and its reporting. He represents the Member State administration. The Team Leader has an in-depth experience at senior level in good governance, public services improvement and performance standards. He ensures good communication and coordination with the key beneficiaries of the project, with the Contracting Authority (EU Delegation) and other key partners and stakeholders.

Stimulansz is an independent not-for-profit organisation, to support professionals and citizens in the fields of employment, income, welfare, and healthcare. Stimulansz was founded in 2001 by the VNG (Association of Netherlands Municipalities) and Divosa (the Dutch national organisation of managers in the fields of employment and social security). In 2005, Stimulansz became an independent foundation. In 2006 Stimulansz merged with 2ZW Information Centre, previously known as the Netherlands Institute for Care and Welfare (NIZW). Gerrit Jan Schep was independent Chairman of the national Taskforce Integrale Vroeghulp from June 2013 till February 2015. The taskforce focuses on the improvement of early detecting and coaching of children with (potential) problems in their developement or chronic disease. The objective is to support young children at the earliest possible stage, to prevent severe problems and costs at later stage.
