• Successful institutional fundraising (EUR 9,3 mln and two times 3 mn) for innovative projects coordinated by my department. Programme structures (>70 fte) built.

Managing a team of 17 program officers who support partner organisations in their work in the field of Access to Basic Services.Results: Downsizing the department because of decentralization to Regional Offices in Africa. Most staff guided towards new positions. Portfolios handed over to Regional Offices.

Advising and supporting program officers and partner organizations. Policy preparation and external representation. Facilitating learning of our own staff. Program Budget EUR 4 mln/year.Results: Well-established Sexual and Reproductive Health Programme.

I also guided the newly developed International Service Desk (5 staff) in developing their Desk and their work procedures. Managing International University Cooperation programs with Universities in Asia and Africa.
