There is both an organizational and future business planning aspect to my job. My primary role is to organize sports programs for youth. This includes arranging times, dates, and locations for games and practices. I also assist in designing of the actual practices and camps related to each individual sport. This means drills, strength and conditioning, and educating youth. But on the program development side of the job, it means locating sponsors for Sports Academy and reaching out to prospective clients, as well as constantly being on the look out for future partnership opportunities. I use my marketing background to continually help create awareness about our business. I also assist with the release process of our marketing efforts,coordinating efforts and timelines with our programs, I also utilize my knowledge of computers to assist with the resolution of technical issues for Sports Academy. At Sports Academy, I also have maximized my knowledge from previous role where I would monitor and optimize social media content. While on the Social Media team, my responsibilities include web analysis, trafficking, community building, reporting and assisting with social content, writing, and calendar-scheduling responsibilities.
