Lead five generation assets totaling $xB, $xxxM of revenue, and $XXM of operational budgets in the areas of strategy, personnel development, safety, and operations management. Accomplishments include: • Managed a budget of $xxM with a positive variance of $xxK over 2011 and 2012. • Active member of the ECRNA Operations Leadership Team that is responsible for over 2,700 MWs of wind turbine generation in NA with responsibilities including the shaping and implementation of operational strategy, culture, personal development, cost savings and energy yield initiatives, and other components of operations management. • Achieved a $xM cost reduction of annual cost savings over 8 NA assets through the negotiation of turbine service agreements. • Developed and in the process of implementing a wind turbine generation life cycle cost model that includes 78 wind farms across 10 countries, 6 currencies, and over 8 turbine technologies. • Speaker / Presenter at the following industry conferences: 2012 AWEA Fall Symposium, 2013 Wind Power Summit, and 2013 Wind Energy Operations & Maintenance Summit.

Manage the operations and maintenance activities of four wind farms including safety, budgets, O&M contractors, PPA and Interconnection Agreements, and compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements. Key Accomplishments: • Developed and maintained a cost model which forecast the lifetime maintenance cost of each current and future turbine type included in the ECRNA fleet. • Operations representative for three turbine service agreement negotiations• Transitioned three wind farms of over 500 Mws from construction to operations include staffing, acceptance testing, spare parts purchase (BOP and Turbine) and the development / implementation of sustainable business and processes.• Provided critical business and strategic analysis and recommendations to Senior Management to shape the strategy of ECRNA Operations

Responsibilities includes: managing five turbine generator OEM relationships including technical claims management. Also developed and supported the major ECRNA Operations business cases and recommendations.

General duties included: Lead an eight staff team to ensure maximum operational efficiencies, production, and reliability of approximately 800 MWs of Wind Turbines across North America. Other responsibilities include Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) engineering support and ensuring compliance with all applicable Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), North American Energy Reliability Corporation (NERC), and Department of Energy (DOE) requirements. Key Accomplishments:• Developed a strong collaborative culture within the System Operation Center • Developed and implemented a collection of Operation Procedures which reflected industry best practices and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements over 6 Regional Transmission Organizations / Independent System Operators and Regional Entities including Alberto Electric System Operator and New Brunswick System Operator. • Company representative of the Southwest Power Pool Market and Operation Policy Committee• Led an international working group charged with developing and implementing a global model for all Acciona Energy's operation centers• Speaker at the 2010 AWEA WindPower Conference and 2011 CanWEA Yearly Conferences

General duties include: Support of Southwest Power Pool (SPP) and its members with policy research and opinions, FERC and State Filings, participatory and leadership roles in SPP stakeholder groups, SPP subject matter expert for demand response, and development and justification of the SPP Regulatory budget. Key Accomplishments:• Led SPP regulatory contact for the Consolidated Balancing Authority policy issues.• Planned, implemented, and presented at a two-day technical conference for the SPP Regional State Committee on the subject of Integrated Regional Planning. • Led a diverse eight person team in development and testing the SPP Emergency Response Plan• Member of the Demand Response Coordinating Committee (DRCC) • Participant in the working group that developed of a draft North America Electric Standards Board Standard concerning measurement and verification for demand response resources. • Assisted in the development and implementation of the SPP Open Access Transmission Tariff (OATT) Schedule 2, Reactive Power Compensation.• Led a collaborated effort in the development of SPP OATT Attachment C, ATC Calculations, to comply with FERC's Order 890.

General duties included: Engineering support of real-time operations, policies, transmissionreliability, transmission outages, transmission service analysis, and product development, andseveral task forces through the role of staff secretary. Key Accomplishments:• Trained SPP and SPP Member operators in the operation of several tools utilized in Reliability Coordination.• Streamlined the Monthly System Impact Study process from 15 days to 2 days.• Developed and implemented a mechanism for optional reservation processing method for short-term firm transmission service and assisted in the development of the tariff language (SPP OATT Attachment AC) that resulted in an increase of $2.2 Million in increased transmission revenues over a two year timeframe.• Tested and actively participated in the development of modifications on the SPP Energy Imbalance Service Market software.

General duties included: Real-time reliability analysis on the transmission system andtransmission service requests. Key Accomplishments:Trained Operators in utilizing Real-Time Analyses and Generator Imbalance Systems.Tested and assisted in the modification of software used to monitor the transmission system.
