Responsible for program/project management of AT&T new technology and services introduction from ideation through development, labs testing, first field application and deployment including key Company strategic initiatives. Lead Technical project manager for U-verse Video Acquisition technologies with annual budget of $150M. Lead AT&T project manager for video encoding platforms, improved video quality and compression, element management and network management systems. Project managed key initiatives associated with Next Gen Video Encoding Platforms, Commercial Advertising Loudness Mitigation (CALM) Act, Emergency Alert Service (EAS), Public, Education and Government (PEG) channels, introduction of first AT&T 3D channel and other key new technology introduction projects.

Received Ross Ireland top network award for successful completion of SBC National Sales Account Team project. Awarded US Patent No. 07940677 associated with development of Optical Metro Ethernet Service.

Process manager for TA'96 Structure Access product and regional engineering/construction staff support for franchise, right-of-way management, joint use agreements with 218 electric utilities. Established regional Ameritech Structure Access Center (ASAC) including process requirements, staffing, billing ($10-$12M), performance reporting and automation. Wrote and delivered 271 compliance testimony for long distance entry. Received Ameritech Pinnacle Award and Network Outstanding Leadership Awards for development and implementation of Ameritech's Build Out Policy.

Responsible for switching, interoffice and outside plant planning for 60 wire centers and 650K access lines in Western Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Supervised 22 planners and technical support personnel responsible for monitoring capacity on the network and initiating growth plans. ($12M growth budget and $8-$10M business unit specific initiatives. Participated in Breakthrough Teams including "BTL Engineering Organization", "Reengineering the Planning Process", "A-B Engineering" and "Integrated Area Planner Rollout".

Network Services Engineering team leader for "Create Service Inventory" process reengineering initiative. Resulted in reorganization of Engineering and Construction in 5 state region and significant process improvement initiatives targeted at $48M net annual savings. Received Network Top Hero Award for work on the project.

Long range and current planning manager for interoffice facilites including fiber transport systems and digital cross-connect deployment. Lead Wisconsin SONET Deploymennt Team implementing first SONET fiber systems in the state.
