Gerry Bernhard is Senior Manager, Business Management, for the B-2 Modernization and Transformation portfolio of contracts and pursuits within the B-2 Enterprise. This diverse and complex portfolio of contracts spanning various phases (primarily Technology Development and Engineering, Manufacturing and Development) constitutes roughly half of all B-2 contracts totaling over $1.3 billion in active contracts. He is responsible for the leadership and oversight of all business management activities; e.g. Contracts, Cost and Scheduling, Pricing and Estimating. He supports AOP/ LRSP financial goals, monthly financial reporting and interfaces with internal and external Customers on a regular basis. He partners with B-2 IPTs to establish strategy, prioritize requirements and manage Indirect, NCTA and Capital Investments. Gerry also provides overall business oversight and direction during the capture/ proposal process and oversees contract negotiation strategies to ensure the best deals possible are achieved.
