• Involvement in subcontractor appointments and all plant, material and labour sourcing.• Providing fortnightly progress reports to the design team and giving a 4 week look ahead.• Working closely with the design team in order to resolve any issues surrounding the project.• Liaising with subcontractors, service providers and Council authorities. • Advise and consult with the client representative on design and change issues.• Responsible for all surveying and setting out duties on site.• Ensuring permits, plant certs, toolbox talks, JHA’s and all WH&S requirements are adhered to.

• All surveying and setting out responsibilities on site.• Supervising on-going demolition works of existing building.• Ensuring that design specifications were not compromised.• Responsible for the scheduling of all Civil Works (road construction, drainage, earthworks etc.).• Monitoring and reporting progress to Project Manager and Design Team.• Overseeing installation of attenuation tanks, water harvesting systems and underground services.• Generated RFI’s/TQ’s and all QA certs for works carried out on site.
